Hello, we are using Intercom, Drift and Crisp on different sites :)
Drift and Crisp we use as a messengers. Intercom as advanced tool to gather data about users and target them.
What features are you going to use?
Thanks @Levis92. I am looking for a simple support messenger for my site - most basic intercom use case. Looks like both Drift and Crisp to be a good alternative for that!

:) Both Drift and Crisp has got Free tier to start with and priced much better too. Good alternative.
