Are we ignoring these small but essential details of digital products in the race for AI?

Let me give you some context!

So, this startup is from India Wheelseye.

You can use their service to book a truck to transport your heavy items from one place to another.

Since my father is a truck driver, he registered on this platform.

And he was unable to do it.

Just because of this error, here is the screenshot of that screen.

Even being a tech guy myself, I could not figure out what that screen meant.

###Now, coming to the main point:
This is not the first I am seeing this type of screen. I have a library of screens that have made the same mistake.

So, if you own any product, make sure to do some basic user testing or anything.

In the hype of AI, don't let your users go because of these stupid mistakes.
