The multitude of languages and the high learning difficulty make entering the dev world a very long process.
The Solution
So here’s what my solution will be: a platform where a junior dev can easily find job advertisements, training courses and mentors to follow.

This is an interesting approach to solving a real problem for junior developers. The transition from learning to working can be difficult because knowing a technology is only one part of becoming effective in the real world. Having access to experienced mentors could help juniors understand how to approach problems, make better decisions, and learn from practical situations.
