Are you an IHer trying to calculate your pricing, runway and when you can quit your day job?

Hey,
So we've built this cool, mind-mapping like approach to modelling out "what if" style scenarios for B2B, SaaS, and E-Commerce companies - think spreadsheets, but with a Loki-style, if-this-then-that visualization to it. The result, you can map out multiple parallel scenarios and decisions and see how they all play out long-term.

Example SaaS Startup Runway, Staffing and Pricing Model

- what if I charge $20, $50, or $100 per month for my SaaS product? 5% MoM growth? 10%? 3% churn?

- what if I hire a junior dev full time or a seasoned pro part-time?

- what if I quit my job, raise capital, bootstrap, take that trip to Tahiti?

My ask - we're building case studies for our website. Seeking out startups that are asking these kinds of questions and we'll help you model out the math using our tech. If it helps, we'll be asking for a quote, a logo, and some sunshine to add to our site. In turn, we'll promote your company on our site.

Love the scenario modeling approach! For founders who want something simpler as a starting point, I built an Excel-based "Startup Runway Planner" that does 24-month cash flow projections from a single assumptions tab. You plug in starting cash, revenue growth rate, headcount costs, and other expenses — it auto-calculates runway in months and shows you exactly when cash hits zero. 624 formulas, works in Google Sheets too. It's part of a set called "SaaS Starter Toolkit" on Gumroad (also includes a metrics dashboard and fundraising CRM). Sometimes a straightforward spreadsheet is all you need before graduating to more sophisticated tools.
