我开始发现,“简单”其实比“强大”更难做

I’ve been thinking a lot about simplicity while working on ZYONE.

It’s easy to keep adding things.

More inputs.
More metrics.
More scenarios.
More options.

And technically, that can make a product more powerful.

But I’m starting to think that for a beginner seller, more options can also create more confusion.

If someone opens a tool and immediately has to understand 20 different fields before getting any value, the tool has already failed in some way.

So lately I’ve been asking myself:

What is the minimum information a seller actually needs to make a useful decision?

Maybe the better product isn’t the one that can calculate everything.

Maybe it’s the one that helps someone understand the important part in 30 seconds.

That’s something I’m trying to keep in mind as ZYONE evolves.

For other founders:

How do you decide what to hide, simplify, or remove from your product?
