Best free or cheap solution for monitoring dashboards?

For my SaaS app I want to have some dashboards with lots of graphs and charts for monitoring health metrics.

But a lot of products out there tend to get really expensive really fast. (like Datadog)

I'm thinking about setting up the open source version of Grafana on my server, but I'm curious, what solution are you all using?
