Best way to link your podcast from an ad (and increase ratings)

Saw this from @tomhuntio and thought I'd share it. He describes an interesting (easy) way to link to your podcast from an ad in order to rank better. It's about a 20-second read. Never tried it myself, but might be worth a shot.
