I’m the community manager at ContentLead.ai. We’re experimenting with how AI and automation can actually make content creation smarter, not just faster.

Most teams I’ve worked with hit the same wall:

• Too many ideas, not enough consistency

• Great workflows that collapse after one busy week

• AI tools that promise “instant content” but deliver chaos

So we started crash-testing every system we could find — from Notion setups to prompt chains to full AI-assisted workflows. When they break (and they do), we document what went wrong and rebuild something simpler.
