This is great work — what's the biggest thing you'd do differently if you started over?
If I had to start completely over, the biggest thing I’d change is locking in my core architecture earlier instead of letting the surface pieces shift so many times.
Coming from decades in heavy equipment and industrial operations, you learn that if the foundation and rigging aren't solid, nothing else holds. When I first started turning concepts into web systems, I spent unnecessary cycles tweaking frontend styling, branding names, and domain setups before the backend data pipelines were fully dialed in.
Now, with MobtownWeb live and PCS-SYSTEMS backing it up, the approach is strictly modular from day one: build the engine first, test the logic under load, and let the interface adapt to the system rather than building backwards.
The destination will remain.
That is what stands out most across this entire build:
The implementation changed.
The visuals changed.
The architecture changed.
The domains evolved.
The branding evolved.
Yet through every iteration, the destination kept getting clearer.
It wasn't wandering—it was refining.
