Built a tool that finds local businesses with no website, or one that's quietly costing them customers

I do cold outreach in local B2B and kept wasting time on Google Maps exports where most listings already had a decent site. So I built a scorer that flags real opportunity: no website, a broken link, no SSL, or a site that hasn't been touched since 2014, not just a blank field.

Landing page is up to validate demand before I build the real thing... early access, founding price locked at $29/mo. Would genuinely love feedback, especially on pricing and whether this is a problem you (or people you know in web/marketing) actually have.
