Built something to stop businesses from losing bookings to slow replies

Hey Everyone,

I have created Niia, an AI-powered booking platform for appointment-based businesses.

The idea came from a simple problem: businesses receive booking requests through WhatsApp and calls throughout the day, but they can't always respond immediately. A customer asking to book, cancel, or reschedule may end up waiting—or simply going somewhere else.

With Niia, the AI can handle these conversations 24/7, help customers find available slots, and manage bookings while the business owner gets a dashboard to track appointments, customers, revenue, and performance.

I initially started with salons, but I'm exploring other appointment-based businesses such as automotive service centers, clinics, spas, and fitness businesses.

I'm still early in the journey, so I'm more interested in learning than selling right now.
