Can you recommend a good third-party review system?
Hey Hackers,
I'm fleshing out a project concept; the concept contains reviews. I'm thinking about building vs. buying for third-party review functionality. I'm also not a developer so I'm thinking of creative ways to hack the site together myself!
The thing being rated will have an overall rating (1-5 stars) and there's a possibility other topics related to the thing can be specifically rated. E.g.:
Overall Rating (1-5 stars)
Topic Coverage (1-5 stars)
Real World Preparation (1-5 stars)
Staff Support (1-5 stars)
Also, a text field for a comment
Thoughts? Is there anything like this on the market?

Hi Jess,
I've been building a rating site that is supposed to rate people that have provided services to you. Like when you had a plumber fix your bathroom, then you rate them afterwards.
Although I don't have users on the site right now,
