I fully know there is already many remote job boards, but I'm not aiming to next billionaire bussiness with this project. I want to have from this site some pleasant income.

I recommend having a look at the template below. It's easy to customize once you have a grip on the basics of the Bubble platform. It comes with an administrator panel, user section and company section.

I think taking a slice of a big market is hugely flawed.
If you have a USP then go for it.
But if it doesn't have a USP you might be able to get a few visitors but growing will be very hard.
