Contract between two developers

I'm looking to create a product with another developer. Basically one is doing frontend the other backend. Are there any simple contract templates out there which aren't overblown?

I have some input, though not directly related to a contract -
A contract is very important to have between partners, but thinking about the "what if" scenario is crucial.
If you don't live in the same country as the other developer, and he decides to breach the contract and run away with your business, what could you do about that? Lawyers and legal procedures are not so fun to say the least.
Also, you must have some types of decentralized control over everything in your business - whether it's the control of different server credentials, or separate usernames across service providers etc, it's really important that no one can just decide to split and take everything with them without consequences.
Lastly, it's very important to get to know your partner, make regular Skype calls and meet whenever possible. It usually makes things harder in case one of the partners decides to leave or something.
Unfortunately, I've been on the wrong/losing side of the above things in the past - not much fun to say the least.

Define who is in charge of what. What happens with revenue (if there is any). Somehow write down we have an equal share in this project.
Just some very basic contract which holds up if anything happens. We are both based in europe but not in the same country.
