COVID19=EXPATS being LAID OFF [Help me validate this idea to help them]

An EXPAT received a call today from the employer saying, you have to go back to your country because we will now terminate your contract!
Your residency here will be valid only up to until 10 days.

To help these EXPATs find job within the country they are currently residing within a very limited time we have come up to the following idea:

Create a platform solely for the purpose of providing work for LAID OFF EXPATS, wherein the employee could upload his or her resume
The employee will not appear on other employee's screen (This will be treated confidential). Employees can be only seen by employers
Employee and employer can bargain on the salary
The list of employees that will appear in the employer's screen are only those applicants within the geographical region

Value proposition:

This will help the EXPATs to buy some time so that he/she could have ample time to search for a new job
This will give some small business employers to have the chance to hire employees that were previously from Big and well known Companies
