Curious if people in economics/finance would be interested in a list of Market caps including countries, companies, metals, Bitcoin etc
Recently opened beta, and am looking to see if people would be interested in this kind of ranking site. Comments on UX and additional features are welcome!
I’m working with macroeconomic and market data all day long. While this is a nice table, it has very little value in itself because of a lot more macro data required to help any sort of decision or inference about the state of the economy or help investment decisions. For example while https://tradingeconomics.com/has much less nice presentation a lot of people use it to trac basic economic data.
Thanks for the input! Hopefully I can expand to something like ceic and tradingeconomics. Initially, I wanted to see if I can create a view of financial data that's more approachable to beginners. I aim to expand both historically and in types of data.
