I was close to launching this week. Yesterday I sat down with a few friends who run actual agencies and asked them to use ClientFlo and be honest.
They were.
What came out of it:
Starter tier limits didn't match how a real small agency actually operates, reworking the tiers
White label wasn't a real feature, it was a checkbox. Rebuilding it properly
Google Calendar integration needed restructuring, the flow didn't match how agencies actually schedule
Task side panel getting redesigned after watching someone actually try to use it live
Also got real pushback on pricing. Currently Starter $19, Pro $49, Agency $99. Still deciding how much of that feedback to act on before launch.
I'm meeting more agency owners this week to get more of this before I ship v1. Would rather delay a few more days than launch something that breaks the moment a real user touches it.
Check it out here: clientflo.tech, would genuinely love feedback from anyone who's run or worked at an agency.
Happy to answer questions on the stack (FastAPI, Next.js, AWS EC2) or the pricing decisions if anyone's curious.
