Do you have some insights on what is the right way to build product in public?

I have co-founded a startup MVP Maker ( https://mvpmaker.co/ ). We have launched our MVP a month ago. We are following the lean startup approach - launch and then develop based on users' experience. We have recordings of website viewers and are always checking them. We have observed some patterns. We think like there are some vague areas where users are like looking for something else. However our struggle now is we don't know what they are looking for.

Maybe you had similar experience and you can share with me how did you manage to identify what the users are looking for?

Maybe you can also share how did you successfully build your product in public?

Lastly, maybe you can share what tools you used or communities and strategies you have that helped you?
