Does anyone have any success stories for paying to skip the line for any product directories?

As someone who launched an AI wrapper in particular, there are several directories to list you product, but to have it immediately listed is oftentimes quite expensive. I was wondering if anyone has had success or if it's been a GameChanger for your business.
