A simple test: write outreach like a tiny proposal—outcome first, then scope, price/ask, and one low-friction next step. For iteration, a one-page toolkit/checklist is more useful than training because you can change one variable at a time.

Cold outreach works but CAC is brutal. We spent €150 on Ads → 0 installs. Same budget into Threads replies + cold DMs → first 10 users in 2 weeks. Signal isn't volume, it's finding where your users already complain. Reply there. Distribution compounds, ads don't.
