Followed up on the triage bug from earlier this week by testing the other two pieces of the guide.
Drafting prompt: first version gave generic replies that didn't reference specifics from the email (budget, scope). Fixed it to explicitly repeat those details back — much stronger output.
Notion tracker: found the guide called a category "Pending Reply" while the template itself named the view "Waiting for Response." Small thing, but exactly the kind of mismatch that erodes trust if someone catches it. Fixed.
First time this week I've actually verified the whole thing instead of assuming it works because it compiled. https://payhip.com/Noxoro
The fixes improve consistency, but the stronger signal is whether users were hitting these problems themselves. Have any real buyers exposed similar issues in use?
Fair challenge — honestly, no, because I don't have real buyers yet. Everything I've caught so far came from me stress-testing it myself, not from user reports. That's exactly the gap I still need to close — testing catches "does the logic work," not "do people actually rely on it and hit edge cases I didn't think of."
The gap between self-testing and real-world edge cases is the key one now. If you’re open to it, what’s the best email to reach you on?
Appreciate you following up on this. Before I share an email — what did you have in mind exactly? Just want to make sure we're on the same page about what "reaching out" would be for (happy to keep the conversation in the thread too if that's simpler).
We’re already on email — I sent you a note there and was waiting for your reply. Just reply to that thread and we can continue there.
I don't think I've given you my email anywhere in this thread, so I'm not sure what note you're referring to — might be mixing me up with someone else? Happy to keep this in the comments if you still want to continue.
You actually shared pannierliam53@gmail.com with me on our Sept 12 thread, and I sent you a note there the same day. Could you check your inbox/spam when you get a chance?
Could you give me your email so I can filter my mails and see what you sent me because I can't find you. Moreover if I don't see your mail, I can send you one with yours.
Sure — mine is hello@beryxa.com. Search for that and let me know if you still can’t find my email; you can send me a quick note there too.
Yeah I just saw your mail but I think you were offering me something that isn't free right?
