Finishing up the final touches on AI Custom Action capabilities for Social Intents

I'm working on new features to leverage AI custom functions. So with the new release you'll be able to dip into backend systems for say order looks, shipping information, or posting data to your CRM automatically and directly using our api integrations. We use ai to gather and trigger the information when asked, so for instance I can ask for the status of my order on the chatbot, and it will capture any required information from me, then give me the details.
