Firebase billing monitor service that stops unintended spending after budget surpassed

It amazes me that firebase doesn't support this natively and now that the flame plan is being discontinued I think there is a need for this. Perhaps someone has some insight on why google doesn't prioritize these feature.

I think that many developers would feel more comfortable knowing there is a budget they wont surpass once that they outgrew spark plan and need to change to blaze. There is a budget alarm system already and the option to activate a pub/sub message when the budget is surpassed, maybe some developers already implemented something like this for themselves , why not offer it as a service?
