Really solid approach — I'm juggling something similar myself (building Xstream4K on the side), what's been the hardest part for you so far?
Curious how long it took before you saw the first real results?
Built a Chrome extension, thought SEO would work — 3 months, 0 installs from organic. First 10 users came from replying to 3 growing Threads conversations where people asked for exactly this. Distribution gap is real: you don't find users, you find conversations they're already having. Timing > channels.
That’s a great example of finding intent instead of waiting for SEO to eventually show up. Replying where people were already asking for this clearly beat spending another month hoping search would kick in.
