First read from the follow-up loop: 5 of 9 fixes held, title rewrites were the shakiest

Last week I wired up the part of this build I'd been avoiding: checking whether last month's recommended fixes on my own sites actually moved anything, instead of just handing out a new list every Monday.

First read came back this week. 5 of 9 fixes from last month held. Internal-link additions and FAQ expansions mostly stuck. Title rewrites were the shakiest of the bunch, only 1 of 3 held, which is a little uncomfortable since roughly half of what this tool recommends is title/meta rewrites.

Not sure yet if that's a title-rewrite problem specifically or just noise from a small sample (9 fixes across a dozen sites isn't much). Going to keep running it and see if the ratio holds once I've got 30-40 logged.

Curious if anyone else here tracks whether their own past SEO fixes actually held, or if it's mostly gut feel and moving to the next thing.
