First post here, so a quick intro.
Dioveo indexes your Gmail history and turns years of attachments into a searchable library: find any file by sender, date, or type, bulk download hundreds as organized zips, auto-sort invoices and receipts into folders, sync to Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive.
Where it stands today: bootstrapped and solo. First paying customer arrived in July, organically from Google, with a 70,000-attachment mailbox that stress-tested everything (in the best and worst way). Listed on the Google Workspace Marketplace this week after one rejection and a fun OAuth debugging story.
Current focus: distribution. The product is ahead of the audience, which I suspect is a familiar shape around here. Writing up the engineering war stories from building on the Gmail API (first one hit my blog this week), answering real questions in communities, and slowly earning backlinks for a DR 0 domain.
Happy to swap notes with anyone building on Google APIs or selling to inbox-drowning professionals.
The "70,000-attachment mailbox" and "one rejection" details are what make it read human. If IH asks whether to share revenue openly on the product page, that's your call; the post works either way.
The 70,000-attachment customer is a pretty striking real-world test. Curious what changed most in the product after handling a mailbox that large.
