"hello,world" SAAS framework or hosting platform in 24 hours?

I am looking for a toy SAAS framework or hosting platform that will let me create a very basic SAAS site with the following elements:

1. login/register
   a) free account
   b) monthly subscription
2. submit web form that launches shell script
3. receive results
4. simplest possible profile management (username, pw, email address, cancel sub)

Ideally this would be in Python/Flask which I already know.

To emphasize, I am looking for something that is as simple and turnkey as possible. My goal is to have a fee-collecting "hello world" in 24 hours.

Any ideas?
