Hi,
I am a student currently volunteering for the Melbourne based startup Reputationaire.

We are currently developing a product to assist IT recruiters in the assessment of candidate Github and Stackoverflow profiles. As it is a new technology we need more data to better understand the correlation of language used online and personality traits.

Reputationaire has developed a survey to assess these variables and would love your help. As a thank you, Reputationaire will offer the first 200 responses a free Big 5 personality report based on the individual's online activity.
