First thing I would do is to split your main copy like this: https://prnt.sc/t6sd0a
or even as two columns side by side. Easy to scan.
Regarding your letter idea, it indeed add a personal touch. Feels some close friend is talking to us for our benefit. Good idea.

Yes, that is what we are hoping for. I wanted to try out a longer copy, and start with making people problem aware first.
But I sense you think we are a bit off course. 😅

I love the idea of using "Knowledge library for visual people" as the header. I'm going to try that out in the next version.
The interactive demo is also going up top. That made a lot of sense.
