The beginning:

Select six individuals through a robust online talent upvoting system that operates year-round. Individuals receive upvotes based on various assessed categories, including thoughts, achievements, personal qualities, stories, completed tests/challenges, innovations, mental acuity, emotional intelligence, and diverse skill sets. Participants showcase their achievements, and those accumulating the most upvotes across multiple categories become eligible for Prime Ministerial elections.
The first six individuals will serve a 2-year term. After one year, an additional six will join through the same election process. Now, with 12 participants, from the following year onwards, the initial six will rotate out, ensuring a perpetually fresh cycle with new participants.

Terms and Conditions:

12 Prime Ministers with equal power distribution: 3 aged 16–18, 3 aged 20–22, 3 aged 26–28, and 3 aged 30–32.
The same composition of 12 individuals applies to other significant governmental/company positions below the Prime Minister.
They are elected via online upvoting system for a maximum of 2 years.
Upon reaching the age of 32, those previously elected have a special advantage for selection as members of the opposition party within the governing body.
