Honest feedback about a project
Property Management Tool - Resident Notification
Hi. I'd like to get some honest feedback about this landing page for improvements such as:
- Do you understand what it's being offered?
- Too much or needs more information?
- Anything else
- Optional: If you want to try the application to provide more feedback, that would be awesome - feel free to join (no credit card needed)
It would be nice to add some screenshots - real or fake - no matter to see how it actually looks.
I live in a small condo in NYC (~30 units) and plan to join the board later this fall...so in theory this is a tool that we could use.
However, our property management company already has an integrated solution that comes with this feature.

The experience isn't good, but it's a much more complete solution (from the perspective of property manager).
Who is your target audience? Maybe it makes sense to go after smaller property managers?
Hey Jonathan, Thanks a lot for your input. For now I only have this module and of course having everything in one place is much more convenient. I want to target smaller property managers and I believe I need to adjust he message and price. If you're willing to give a try when the right time comes, I can extend the trial period for you, just let me know. Thanks again for your feedback!
When viewing from desktop, the first thing I noticed was how much content there was. I think it would be easier/quicker to understand what your product is if you limited it to just one or two lines on the first page, putting the rest of the details "below the fold."
The landing page looks fine on mobile- had no idea this was a problem!

Hey Azhan. Thanks for the valuable information. I'm aware with the points you made and I'm planing some changes (text, focus a specific audience, etc). Right now this project is basically an MVP. I'll take a look at your website.
