How do I sell a personal tool to the public?

So what's the image that you're looking at?

It's a list of stocks filtered by particular parameters and emailed to me on a daily basis.

I have been leveraging this information in my own investing strategy. (Currently focusing on Chinese stocks)

I am thinking about turning this into a product that can help investors make informed decisions.

Where would you find an audience for this to validate? I could also make the same thing for the different stock markets, so it doesn't have to be focused on Chinese stock.
