How I made an AI video tool with sound (and no watermark) solo 🚀

Hey Indie Hackers 👋

I’m kelly — a solo indie maker obsessed with AI tools.
After trying all the big-name video generators like Runway, Pika, and Synthesia,
I realized something pretty annoying:

• They’re super expensive 💸

• Most of them add watermarks 🥲

• And some even don’t include voice or sound 😅

So I decided to build my own.
After a few months of late nights, caffeine, and endless 500 errors…
