How much could cost 3-4 APIs connecting? (from job boards)
I checked options from Fiverr to Toptal and I'm not sure how much it should cost to be done just correct (without bugs and other problems) and without spending on it too much.

Creating custom web applications is expensive. I can't give you an exact amount because I have too few details for that. But collecting data from multiple API's is gonna cost a lot. Definitely more than just 1k.
Is it standard that it's a cost for side who collecting data? I had once an API connected to my website with job offers, and it was free for me, what's more... they paid for every click from my site (after clicking "apply" button, user were redirecting).
I don't know the recruitment/job boards business but there are a lot of API's that are paid. A job board API is probably free, because they want to get as much attention as they can get, to find a good match between employee and job offer. So they don't have valuable data per se. The more valuable the data is and the more demand there is for the data, the more expensive it'll be to use the API.
