How to choose the right technology stack for your Startup?

    Whatever you already know.

How to choose the right team members?

Hire for aptitude over skills. Fire with compassion when you choose correctly.

Is it smarter to outsource some people/company, find full time employees or you'll give some shares of your Company to some partners?

Build what you can. Hire what you can't.

Partnership is like marriage - a partner or cofounder won't fix or complete you.

How can wrong decisions have an impact on future of your Company?

There are two kinda of wrong decisions: doing the wrong thing, or doing the right thing the wrong way.

The former is much harder to come back from.

Hire advisors that you trust to help you avoid terminal mistakes. Everything else is an experiment.

How you calculate the risk of your choices at the right time?

I evaluate decisions based on the REAL worst case scenario (not the worst thing I can imagine) and then adjust scale, scope, and risk so the worst case scenario isn't so bad I couldn't recover.
