Hey fellow indiehackers, a few days ago a friend and myself launched a design feedback service which we created in less than 24 hours.
Please check it out here: https://www.basil.chat/

Comments, improvements, monetization suggestions?
Best,

Interesting idea! Had been looking at solving a similar problem (with giving people feedback on their landing pages), but delivered slightly differently.
How many feedback requests have you had so far?
Thank you for your message. We have received almost 200 requests ranging across different disciplines of design.
Another medium article is coming soon on this ;)
Your thoughts/comments on improving this service?
How have you managed the 'real time' element of it? i.e. if I see a chat window, I expect to get (near) instant feedback.
If I just submit a link/design, and there is a promise of feedback within 24 hrs or so, the process (and my expectations) become a lot more manageable.
Currently it's been a challenge to manage the real time component of the service. This is due to many different reasons, but mainly because of the time zone differences. We got requests from all over the world and we are in CET Zone.
Based on our initial learnings, we are working on how to manage the customer expectations based on the length of the feedback we are giving and the backlog we have.
