I am looking for recommendations of a tool that I can use to build graphs and charts for my website. What tools do you guys use?

The title says it all. What tools do you guys use? I liked the interface of coronavirus.app but i don't know what tools they used. I am trying to build a web tool that can visualized asset portfolios of stocks and bonds. Thanks for your recommendations
