I asked how you track your own outreach. 31 of you answered. I built that instead.

I've been building Tamable for a while, and about four months ago I posted here in IH asking how you track your own outreach while trying to find first users.

At the time, Tamable was essentially a CRM for content creators to help them manage their brand deals and content pipeline, but I was struggling to find users for it.

While I was trying to do outreach for it, I kept losing track of the conversations I was having, and when I asked the IH community how you were handling it, I got a lot of feedback and recommendations.

Eventually, that thread turned into a spec for a product I wasn't building, because Tamable was already scanning email inboxes and helping creators manage their conversations with sponsors and brands, so at a certain point lots of people were suggesting/asking: couldn't this be repurposed into a tool that solves my own problem?

This led me to stop building the creator CRM, and start building MustLoop.

MustLoop is Gmail only for now. It reads your inbox and your sent folder, works out which threads are real conversations with real people, and every morning it gives you the list of who's gone quiet and why.

It drafts the follow-up replies in your voice, but it never sends anything on its own, you're always the one pressing send.

So, this time from a different perspective: are you doing outreach right now? If so, are you actually tracking it, or is it sitting in your sent folder like mine was?
