When I started building TrackTheHabit, I wanted to make habit tracking as simple as possible.

A lot of people don't necessarily want another app or complicated productivity system. Sometimes they just want a tracker they can print, put on their desk, and check every day.
So I created a collection of 126 free printable habit tracker templates.
What is included?
The collection has different formats for different routines:
- Weekly habit trackers
- 14-day trackers
- 21-day trackers
- 30-day trackers
- 31-day trackers
- Monthly trackers
- Two-month trackers
- Yearly trackers
There are also different visual styles and layouts, including checkbox grids, circles, dots, streak trackers, mandala-style designs, and more.

Why printable trackers?
For some habits, having something physical makes tracking feel more visible.
You can print a tracker, put it somewhere you'll see it regularly, and mark your progress without opening another app.
The templates are designed to be printed or saved as a PDF.
The templates are only one part of TrackTheHabit.
The main free habit tracker lets you create your own tracker, add your habits, choose a daily, weekly, or monthly layout, customize the style, and print or save the result as a PDF.
I also created a habit ideas guide for people who aren't sure what habits to track:
And there's a guide comparing daily, weekly, and monthly habit tracking:

What I'm working on now
I'm continuing to improve TrackTheHabit and add useful templates and resources.
I'm especially interested in learning which formats people actually use rather than simply adding more designs.
If you use habit trackers, which format do you prefer?
Weekly, monthly, 30-day, or yearly?
I'd also love to know what you'd change about the current templates.
