I built a hiring tool that gets you candidates in 24 hours and only bills you when you hire

PrimeScale is a hiring marketplace for remote tech roles. You post a role, and instead of drowning in applications, you get 3 to 5 matches back within 24 hours, reviewed by an actual recruiter before they land in your dashboard. You only pay if someone actually gets placed.

On the candidate side, you build one profile once and get matched to roles that fit.

I didn't build this from zero. The staffing company I work at already places remote tech candidates, so there was a real pool to match against from day one instead of an empty marketplace hoping people show up. What I built is the front end and matching layer on top of that.

Still early. Figuring out a lot of this in public, pricing, positioning, how to actually get employers to post without a one-on-one push every time.
