I built a lightweight team planning tool — looking for feedback before adding daily & planning features

Hey everyone 👋

I’ve been working on a small micro SaaS called TaskTurn.

The idea is simple:

You create a room, add participants and tasks, and the app automatically distributes the tasks among the team.

It was built to solve a real pain I kept seeing:

Planning meetings take too long, especially when assigning tasks manually.

What it already does:

- Create rooms (even without login)

- Add participants or share a join link

- Add tasks

- Automatically distribute tasks

- View history of previous distributions

- Export results to PDF and CSV

Current limitations:

- Rooms expire after 5 days (no account)

- No daily meeting mode yet

- No planning optimization features yet

What I’m thinking next:

- Daily mode (quick standup with automatic rotation)

- Planning mode (faster task breakdown + smarter distribution)

- User accounts to persist rooms

- Possibly team/project management

Before I go deeper into building new features, I’d love some honest feedback:

👉 Would you actually use something like this?

👉 What would make this a “must-have” for your team?

👉 Is this solving a real problem or just a “nice to have”?

If you’re curious, I can share the link in the comments.

Appreciate any feedback 🙏

Hey, I’m speaking with a few early-stage builders about how they go about validating their ideas. I’d really like to hear about your experience, what you tried, and what was difficult. building something around this and think it might be useful for you. Open to a quick talk?

    1. My friend, I really liked your website, but while testing it I found a very critical vulnerability that is affecting customer loss. This will cause you significant damage when ads start appearing. Prepare the details and a screenshot.

Hey my friend, how's it going? Glad you tested it, I'll get in touch to find out more about it.
