I built an AI toolkit for small businesses that don't have IT departments

I kept seeing the same problem: small business owners want to use AI but every resource is either too technical, too expensive, or built for enterprises.

So I built three practical guides:

• A starter kit with an AI readiness framework and 90-day roadmap

• A library of 200+ tested prompts organized by department

• 12 automation playbooks for real business processes

Everything works with free AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini). No coding, no subscriptions.

I'm at $0 revenue so far.
