I built Pitchcraft: pitch decks and business plans for founders who can't afford an agency yet

Hey all, wanted to introduce what I've been building the past few weeks.

Pitchcraft is basically me helping early-stage founders get an investor-ready pitch deck or business plan without paying agency prices for it. I use AI to move fast on a first draft, then go through everything by hand to check the numbers actually hold up and the structure makes sense to someone reading it cold for the first time.

I'm doing this solo and it's still really early, no big client roster yet, just a couple of self-directed samples up so people can see how I actually think through things like market sizing and risk sections rather than just taking my word for it. I'd honestly rather hear what's missing or what would make you trust a document like this than get a bunch of nice comments.

If you've ever had to put together a deck or plan on a tight budget, curious what part of that process was the most painful for you. That's basically what I'm trying to solve.

From the founders you've spoken with so far, what has been the biggest trust barrier—AI involvement, credibility of the numbers, or whether the deck actually improves their fundraising case?

Curious how long it took before you saw the first real results?

This is useful. How are you finding your first users so far?

Thanks for sharing the numbers, that makes it much easier to follow.

How did you decide this was worth building in the first place?

Interesting approach. What was the hardest part to get right?
