I followed If you build it, they will come and the result is not good
Hi Guys, I have created an e-commerce deals website for Indian users but now I am unsure where to do the marketing. I think I made a mistake following the "If you build it, they will come" strategy. I am looking for some feedback/suggestions to take this website to the end users.
Hi Sujit! I've "just built" it many times, and no they never come unfortunately. I am more recently trying to divide my time between coding/building and marketing. I feel as if I already have a clearer direction and having just started this flow a few weeks ago. I still haven't got any customers, but I've reached out, and I've promoted my product. I hope you can find some inspiration soon!
