I got 200k page-views on the educational website I built. I want to attract course creators using the traffic metric. Where do I find them?

The product aims at people who are learning to code and the traffic I got was from targetted launches at related forums. I can market the site for more traffic without getting penalized since that's the model that the website works with now.

I'm looking for tech course creators who'd ideally like to utilize this traffic for promoting their course or their classes or offer mentorship. I tried a youtube email out-reach and I think it ended up in spam. Is there a channel that I'm missing out on to reach this target segment?
