I got accepted into BetaList for my prelaunch campaign but I have no followers, am I screwed?

I recently got admitted into BetaList and it got featured just 4 hours ago. However, BetaList tweeted my product already and my Twitter account has practically no followers and I only made a few tweets already since I opened it 3 weeks ago. Most of the time I spent was making posts for IG and submitting my startup to other directories.

From what I read, the more active I am on social media, the more publicity my account will get and the more signups I'll get, so I'm concerned that I might not get the visibility I want to get for my private beta.

Anyone have any idea on how to make the most of their startup feature on a directory like BetaList?
