I got tired of Jira for my product launch, so I built this simple grid planner instead.

As a solo maker, planning my launch felt chaotic. Jira was total overkill, and my notes were a mess. All I wanted was a clean, high-level view of what needed to be done.

So, I built this Simple Product Launch Planner (https://www.meettoad.co.uk/templates/professionals/) inside my own app, Toad. It breaks the launch down into four simple phases: Planning, Core Build, Pre-Launch Polish, and Launch & Feedback.

It gives me a clear, one-page overview of my entire launch without any of the noise.

This is the core of my "purposefully simple" philosophy—giving you clarity, not more features.

I'd love to know if this is genuinely useful for other founders. As a thank you, any IH'er who signs up and gives feedback will get a free lifetime Personal account.

You can check it out here: https://www.meettoad.co.uk/

Cheers,
Tom
