I’m building GetAEOAudit, a tool that helps SEO consultants and small agencies turn the messy topic of AI search visibility into a clear, client-ready audit report.
The reason I’m building it is simple:
Business owners are starting to ask questions like:
“Why doesn’t ChatGPT mention my business?”
“Is my website ready for AI search?”
“What do I need to fix so AI tools can understand what we do?”
But for agencies, this is still hard to explain, hard to package, and hard to sell as a repeatable service.
That’s the gap I’m trying to solve.
With GetAEOAudit, an agency can enter a client’s website URL and get a report that checks things like:
Whether the business is easy for AI systems to understand
Whether the site has clear services, location, trust signals, and structured data
What technical or content issues could hurt AI visibility
Which fixes should be prioritized first
How to turn the results into a client-friendly PDF
My goal is not to build “another SEO dashboard.”
I want to build a simple productized service engine for agencies: run the audit, explain the gaps, send the report, and create a reason for the client to pay for implementation work.
The bigger thesis is that AI visibility audits could become a new entry-level service for SEO agencies, similar to how technical SEO audits became a standard offer years ago.
I’m still early, but I’d love feedback from founders, marketers, and agency owners.
If you run an agency, do SEO work, or have clients asking about AI search, I’d love your honest take:
Would you offer an AI search readiness audit as a paid service?
And what would make a report valuable enough that you’d actually send it to a client?
