I missed an investor follow-up and lost the deal. That's when I built STRATA OS.

Six months ago I had a warm intro to a great investor.

First call went well. He said let's talk in two weeks. I forgot. Not because I didn't care - because his contact lived in a spreadsheet, my note in Notion, and the follow-up task in a completely different app. I was the integration layer and I dropped the ball.

That was the last straw.

I spent the next few months building STRATA OS - a complete operating system for founders, built entirely in Notion. Not a pretty template. An actual system where everything connects.

What I built and why:

Every module exists because of a specific failure I had or watched another founder have.

1] Command Center - because I was spending 30 minutes every Monday reconstructing last week

2] Investor CRM with auto overdue flags - because of exactly what I described above

3] Decision Log - because I made the same bad hire twice

4] SOP Vault - because I was explaining the same onboarding process from memory every time

5] Weekly Metrics tracker - because I had no idea if we were actually growing week to week
and more.

8 modules total. Everything connected via Notion relations and rollups. Tasks link to OKRs. Investor meetings link to pipeline records. Team members link to their SOPs.
