I need your opinion on my MVP !

Hi everyone,

I hope you're well. I'm Michaël Yao founder of Jobsntech.io a hiring marketplace built to connect top companies with tech talents.

To identify needs of companies and build the product that's right, I created a questionnaire on Jobsntech.io but I post also my questions here, if you can leave me your feedbacks.

What are the difficulties that you encounter in your recruitment process ?
Which professions do you find most difficult to recruit in ?
What could be improved on the hiring marketplaces you use daily ?
How would you describe the ideal hiring marketplace ?
What features would you like to use on Jobsntech.io ?
What is your budget per job post ?

Thank you.

Forcing me to sign up before even showing a sample of what I'll get = closed tab.

I signed up and answered your questions.
Then I went to post a job.
Because of the quick transition, no change in style, no indicators, title, etc, and -- specifically -- because I was asked my first and last name, again, I thought the site was broken and that I was filling out the sign up form again. I was about to tell you the site was broken, but figured I would do my due diligence and scroll to the bottom.
Lo and behold, it is not a broken site, but I was not aware that the site was not broken until I scrolled down enough. A simple "Job Post" title would work wonders here ;)

The site is easy to navigate, through the first two pages. I stopped half way down the job post form, and never completed it, because I don't need the service and I was asked to fill out the same information.

What's the value prop? My day job company needs 5 engineers last month. We have used internal recruiters, external recruiters, and Hired.com -- finding and recruiting top talent is a difficult problem to be solved. You are starting a two-sided market place in a market that is already saturated. What makes you different?

Iterate, keep going, this is a great start. Help us solve our hiring problems ;)
